  • Subscription: Refers to the recurring billing plan (Monthly or Annual) selected by You to access premium features.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund if you submit a request within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

  • No Questions Asked: For requests made within this 7-day window, we generally process refunds immediately, provided the "Fair Usage" conditions (Section 4) are met.

  • Promotional Items: Services purchased specifically as part of a non-refundable promotion (unless otherwise stated).
  • Violation of Terms: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation & Effect on QR Codes

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Important Note on Data Retention:

  • Upon Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After Expiration/Refund: Once your subscription expires or a refund is processed, your account will revert to a free/inactive status. Your dynamic QR Codes will enter a "Paused Mode" and will redirect to a service page instead of your destination URL.
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your QR codes at any time by resubscribing to a paid plan.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Processing Time: Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank).
